For authors
The Russian Management Journal invites authors to submit original research papers concerned with the theory and practice of management. The expected length is 40,000 to 60,000 printed characters for theoretical papers, 20,000 to 40,000 characters for practical works. We also welcome articles for other topical sections of the journal, such as: History of Management Thought, Methodology of Management, Essays in Management. Our editorial policies, review procedures and submission guidelines are published on this web site.
We are especially interested in works exploring the sources and mechanisms of achieving competitive advantages in the present-day Russian and global markets. We expect articles reflecting the different managerial, financial, marketing and other aspects of this problem. While RMJ will be mainly dedicated to the analysis of management issues specific to Russia, and to international comparative studies, we will also devote space to articles presenting new developments and trends in international corporate management practice.
An important role in considering manuscripts for publication will be played by the peer review process. This will imply intellectual contribution from professionals in different countries who are committed to our journal's mission. We would like to extend our gratitude in advance to all those whose assistance and support we will seek in the future. Your help will be of critical importance for RMJ's development, and for achieving international recognition, something we intend to pursue.
