Notes for Contrubutors
All submissions must be original, previously unpublished works fitting one of RMJ's topical areas. Manuscripts may be rejected by the Editorial Board on thematic grounds without peer review and with no additional justification. Articles that fall within RMJ's thematic scope will be sent out for peer review. The review process is "double blind", meaning that the author's identity is not known to the reviewer and the reviewer's name is not disclosed to any person that is not directly involved in the editorial process.
The length of submissions must not exceed 60,000 printed characters; exceptionally, at the Editorial Board's discretion, up to 80,000 characters. Manuscripts must be submitted to RMJ by email at editor@rjm.ru; they must be preceded by a short abstract (up to 10 lines of text) and must contain a list of references and information about the author (affiliation, e-mail address). The references must provide bibliographical data on all publications cited in the article and must not include any works that are not mentioned in the text.
