Результаты деятельности фирмы в период экономического кризиса: роль стратегических ориентаций и финансового капитала

Аннотация

В статье представлена теоретическая и эмпирическая оценка связи между стратегическими ориентациями и результатами деятельности российских фирм малого и среднего бизнеса в период экономического кризиса, а также проанализирована роль доступности финансового капитала в данной взаимосвязи. Теоретический вклад исследования определяется интегративным подходом к изучению стратегических ориентаций и их контекстуализацией в условиях экономической нестабильности. Эмпирическая проверка теоретической модели исследования проводится на базе данных 599 российских фирм малого и среднего бизнеса, собранной в период экономического кризиса в 2015–2016 гг. Результаты анализа демонстрируют, что предпринимательская ориентация и рыночная ориентация российских фирм положительно связаны с результатами деятельности в контексте кризиса. Подчеркивается важная роль финансового капитала в возможности фирм малого и среднего бизнеса использовать преимущества взаимодополняемости стратегических ориентаций.
